Ocean Infinity should restart the search for flight MH370 in early 2025.

According to this company specializing in marine robotics, the ideal research period is between January and April.

The Malaysian government has given its approval for a new search campaign for the wreck of the Boeing 777 which was to connect Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.

The plane disappeared on March 8, 2014. 239 people were on board.

Ocean infinity has defined a new research area of 15,000 square kilometers in the southern Indian Ocean.

According to the Malaysian authorities, the search will resume “as soon as the contract is finalized between the two parties.”

Ocean Infinity has already carried out a research campaign in 2018, without results and at the request of Kuala Lumpur.

An Australian research team also carried out research.

So far, only a few fragments of the Boeing 777 have been found.

No one has found a solid, substantiated explanation for the plane’s disappearance.

The investigation report only establishes air traffic control failures and the manually modified trajectory of the flight.
