Maher Al-Jazzy.. From Where Israel Doesn’t Expect | Politics

The Israeli war on the Gaza Strip is approaching its first year, coinciding with the escalation of the situation and the increase in tension in the occupied West Bank, especially after the military operation carried out by the occupation army in the northern regions.

In the midst of this scene, the strike against Israel came from the border with Jordan, when a Jordanian truck driver named Maher Al-Jazi opened fire on Israelis at the Allenby Crossing – known in Palestine as Al-Karameh – killing 3 of them before he was martyred by the occupation’s bullets.

This episode of the “Tel Aviv Tribune Net Panorama” programme sheds light on the operation and its perpetrator, and the reactions that followed it from senior Israeli leaders, in addition to the Palestinian resistance factions and the Huwaitat clan to which Al-Jazi belongs.

It also highlights the interaction of social media platforms after the operation, in addition to recalling similar historical operations that took place since the sixties of the last century, while reviewing the opinions of political and military analysts about the operation, its type, and its repercussions on the situation in the region.
