Luis Suarez joins the Portuguese Sporting sports

The Portuguese Lights Football League announced today, Monday, the contract with the Colombian striker Luis Suarez from Spain’s Almeria, with a contract that extends until 2030, and with a penalty clause of 80 million euros (92.73 million dollars).

The two clubs did not reveal the financial details, but Spanish media estimated the deal at about 25 million euros.

“Luis Suarez’s latest Sporting Club deals de Portugal. The 27-year-old striker joins us from Almeria, scoring 31 goals and making 8 assists in the 2024-2025 season,” the club said in a statement.

“I reached the highest stage in my career. I want to show that I have what qualifies me to play here,” Suarez said.

Suarez started his career with the Itagi Leonis club in the Colombian second division in 2015, then moved to the Spanish Granada for the 2016-2017 season and then played for Valladolid, Camcents de Tarajona, Real Zaragoza and Olympic Marseille.
