The president of the Knesset of Israel told the Conference of the Interparliamentary Union in Geneva that Europe becomes “increasingly similar in the Middle East” and in London or Paris should therefore be the site of a Palestinian state. France recently announced that it would recognize the state of Palestine, and the United Kingdom plans to do the same.
