Atmosphere of insurrection in the Polish Sejm. The Law and Justice party, now in opposition since last December, is disrupting the parliamentary debate and demanding the immediate release of deputies Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik.

The two Law and Justice elected officials and former ministers are currently in prison, awaiting trial for corruption and abuse of power.

Last week, they were arrested by police at the presidential palace, where they had spent the day at the invitation of head of state Andrzej Duda. He has already announced that he will pardon them.

A new twist which risks aggravating the parliamentary and judicial crisis in the country since the accession of Donald Tusk and the Civic Coalition to power.
