The leader of the Israeli opposition, Yair Lubid, confirmed – today, Monday, that Israel suffered a strategic “failure” that leads to military and political failure “in the Gaza Strip, stressing that if the war does not stop, the whole world will close its doors in the face of Israel and the Israelis.

He stressed that if the Israeli government stops the war, “We will win twice, as we will restore our kidnappers and end a war that does not go to us anywhere.”
He pointed out that the government of Benjamin Netanyahu – required for the International Criminal Court for committing war crimes in Gaza – no longer knows how to explain the continued killing of soldiers in Gaza, calling for an end to the war in exchange for a comprehensive deal and the return of all prisoners.
He added that “the government failed in the Gaza war, and this is not a complete victory, but rather an absolute catastrophe and strategic failure leading to military and political failure.”
He stressed that the military operation in Gaza “went out of control,” adding, “We are occupied by Khan Yunis for the fourth time and mountains for the third time … and after every time we occupy an area that returns Hamas and controls roads and homes and is waiting for our return.”
It should be noted that since October 20, 2023, Israel has launched a genocide war in Gaza that includes killing, starvation, destruction and forced displacement, ignoring international calls and orders to the International Court of Justice to stop it.
The Israeli genocide, with American support, left more than 204,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced people, and the famine that has been tired of many.
