Moscow says it is considering organizing the vote in the illegally annexed regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson.

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry warned in a statement that any elections held in these regions would be “null” and that any international observers sent to monitor the Russian election should “assume criminal responsibility”.
