Kuwait Specialized Hospital being out of service deepens the wounds in Rafah News

Palestinian journalist Abdullah Al-Attar published a video clip documenting the first moments after the bombing of the vicinity of the gate of the Kuwait Specialized Hospital in Rafah, which resulted in the death of two of its staff and the injury of a citizen.

The administration of the Kuwait Specialized Hospital in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, announced that it was out of service due to its repeated targeting by the Israeli occupation army.

In a sad atmosphere documented by Gazan activists who were in the hospital, the medical staff bid farewell to two of their colleagues who were martyred as a result of the Israeli bombing that targeted the vicinity of the hospital gate.

The scenes sparked anger and dissatisfaction among the pioneers of social media platforms at the Arab and international levels, especially with the announcement that the Kuwaiti Specialized Hospital would be out of service at this time when the city of Rafah is witnessing intense and continuous bombing by the Israeli occupation army.

“Israel directed all its anger at innocent civilians,” this is how communication activists commented on the scenes circulating around the gate of the Kuwait Specialized Hospital after it was targeted and two of its staff were killed.

The director of the Kuwait Specialized Hospital in Rafah, Dr. Suhaib Al-Hams, confirmed that the hospital had been out of service, and that the medical staff working there had been transferred to the field hospital being prepared in the Al-Mawasi area, and this is against the backdrop of the targeting that struck the hospital yesterday, Monday.

Video clips published by Palestinian activists showed the beginning of the displacement of a large number of Palestinian families from the Tal al-Sultan area in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, in the early hours of Tuesday morning, for fear of Israeli occupation shells.

On the 235th day of the Israeli war on Gaza, the Israeli occupation forces renewed intensive bombardment of the Tal al-Sultan area, west of Rafah, a day after the “Khiam Massacre” it committed in the same area. They also bombed other areas in the northern and central Gaza Strip.
