Three American soldiers died and around thirty were injured in a drone attack in Jordan this Sunday.
American army bases have been regularly the target of attacks since the start of the war in Israel and Hamas. These are the first American soldiers to die since the start of the conflict on October 7.
The US president named armed groups supported by Iran as the perpetrators of the attack.
The State of Israel continued its air raids on Lebanon this Sunday. The Israeli army said it had struck several infrastructure belonging to the Hezbollahwhich she described as “terrorists“. The Islamist group confirmed having lost 3 of its members in the attack.
At the same time CIA chief Bill Burns convened multilateral meeting in Paris to discuss a temporary pause in hostilities in Gaza and the possible release of hostages still held by Hamas. There would be around 130but the number of them who may have died in recent weeks remains unknown.
