Palestinians carried out an armed operation in the center of Tel Aviv and Jaffa, resulting in a number of deaths and injuries, according to Israeli media.
Initial reports were conflicting about the number of deaths and injuries. Some Israeli sources reported that the attack resulted in the death of 4 people and that there were 6 critical injuries.
Israeli Channel 12 reported that there were 10 injured, 6 of whom were in critical condition, while Israeli Army Radio said that there were 4 injured in critical condition.
This is the largest operation that Tel Aviv has witnessed since the second intifada in 2000.
News websites reported that the two Palestinian attackers used automatic weapons to carry out the attack.
Israeli social media reported, “Hamas is repeating October 7 again, but this time in Tel Aviv.”
