Israeli soldiers hold a barbecue inside the Rafah Crossing Mosque News

A video clip spread on social media platforms showing Israeli soldiers holding a barbecue inside the Rafah crossing mosque in the southern Gaza Strip, near the Egyptian border.

One of the soldiers appeared in the video thanking a group called “Mikata,” which is known as the “Fire Attack Patrol,” saying, “Thank you from the bottom of the heart.. We love you.”

As the Israeli soldier moved his phone, vandalism appeared in the mosque, tampering with its belongings, and writing on its walls insulting words to Islam and the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace. Therefore, Tel Aviv Tribune Net reserves the right to publish the video in its original version.

The video spread like wildfire among tweeters in the Arab world, sparking a state of anger and tension.

With the uproar caused by the video, Tel Aviv Tribune Net tried to search for the original source of the video and when it was filmed. During the research process, it became clear that the date of filming the video dates back to the fourth of this month, and it shows Israeli soldiers who were sent meals as a gift of thanks and gratitude from the “Fire Attack Patrol” group. It is a group founded by a person named Moshe Tordez, with a group of retired military personnel and volunteers as well.

This group works to hold barbecue parties and provide meals to the Israeli occupation forces stationed in the city of Rafah, south of Gaza.

Moshe posted the video on his account on the TikTok platform, commenting on the clip by saying, “Only the fire attack patrol is able to enter Rafah with 600 grams of meat and chicken and a box full of sweets and love.”

Tweeters condemned the occupation forces’ persistence in desecrating places of worship, which preserve the sanctity and sanctity of all religions and laws, and said in a tone of denunciation, “The occupation forces were not satisfied with the crimes they committed against the people of Gaza for 9 months and their destruction of most of the city’s mosques, but they also violated the sanctity of the mosques by turning them into restaurants in “A clear provocation to Muslims.”

Some observers pointed out that this behavior is evidence of the “complete bankruptcy” of the occupation army, “because its soldiers know that the ambushes prepared by the resistance fighters to trap them are in the houses where the resistance fighters expect the occupation forces to fortify and hide, so they have stationed themselves in the mosques for their personal protection.. If the resistance attacks them, they will say that the resistance is destroying mosques.”

Others said that the Israeli occupation “does not stop provoking the feelings of Muslims,” and they added that this “barbaric act of desecrating what remains of Islamic sanctities comes in light of the international inability to stop this American- and Western-backed gang from committing more violations of all relevant morals and laws!”

It is noteworthy that the Israeli army announced several weeks ago its complete control over the Rafah crossing, and the crossing is a major entry point for humanitarian aid into the besieged Gaza Strip.
