Five Palestinian youths were killed when an Israeli drone bombed a site near Al-Tawhid Mosque in the center of Tubas city, north of the West Bank.

The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that its crews were able to retrieve the bodies of these young men and transfer them to the Turkish Tubas Governmental Hospital.

For its part, local sources said that the occupation forces are besieging the hospital and sending military reinforcements towards the city.

The occupation forces stormed the city and carried out an airdrop of its soldiers, raided homes and neighborhoods, deployed sniper teams on the roofs of a number of homes, and launched marches in the city’s sky.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent indicated that the occupation forces are imposing a curfew on the city.

The Israeli army began a military operation in Tubas and the nearby town of Tammun at dawn on Wednesday.

The forces later stormed the city’s Nour Shams camp and imposed a siege on the city’s hospitals.
