The Deputy Director of Civil Defense in the Northern Governorate, Mohamed Abdel-Hay Morsi, was martyred in an Israeli bombardment that targeted his home, bringing the number of Civil Defense personnel killed since the beginning of the war to 83, with more than 200 injured.
