Israeli attacks kill 63 across Gaza while troops grow more deeply in the city of Gaza | News Israel-Palestine Conflict

At least 63 Palestinians were killed in Israeli attacks across Gaza, Tel Aviv Tribune told Tel Aviv Tribune, while Israeli forces grow more deeply in the city of Gaza as part of their efforts to grasp the city and forcibly move around a million people.

Tel Aviv Tribune Arabic obtained images on Saturday showing Israeli tanks that progressed in the Sabra district of Gaza City, signaling an expansion of the region’s land invasion by the army.

Sabra is near the besieged district Zeitoun, which was increasingly targeted by the Israeli army during last week.

A source from the Al-Ahli hospital in Gaza City told Tel Aviv Tribune that a child was killed in the last Israeli bombing of Sabra.

Earlier on Saturday, Israel dismissed artillery on tents sheltering displaced families in the Asdaa region northwest of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, killing 16 people, including six children, said medical sources.

At least 22 Palestinians were killed while they were looking for humanitarian aid throughout the day, including a Palestinian who was killed by Israeli forces near a distribution point near the so-called “Morag axis”, southeast of Khan Younis.

Another civil aid on demand has been shot down near the Netzarim corridor under Israeli control.

Famine death

The Palestinian health authorities said on Saturday that eight other Palestinians, two of whom have died of malnutrition in the past 24 hours, which has increased the total number of deaths to 281 since the start of the War of Israel against Gaza almost two years ago.

Munir al-Bursh, director general of the Ministry of Health of Gaza, said on social networks that 114 children were among the victims.

“Famine silently ravages the bodies of civilians, depriving children of their right to life and transforming tents and hospitals into daily scenes of tragedy,” he added.

On Friday, the United Nations officially declared a famine in Gaza – the first designation of this type never announced in the Middle East – with experts warning 500,000 people are faced with “catastrophic” hunger.

The UN accused Israel of “systematic obstruction” of deliveries of aid to the Palestinian territory ravaged by war, and secretary general Antonio Guterres described famine as an “artificial disaster”.

The classification system for the integrated food security phase (IPC), a global hunger instructor, said that 514,000 people – almost a quarter of the Palestinians in Gaza – experience famine, the number due to 641,000 at the end of September.

Deir El-Balah reports, Hind Khoudary of Tel Aviv Tribune, said many other Gaza Palestinians were threatened by malnutrition.

“The report of the UN famine was very late, according to the Palestinians. They witnessed weeks and months of this in progress,” she said.

“ Famine engineering ”

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said on Saturday that it “appreciates” the declaration of famine in the enclave, although he thinks that the announcement was late.

“We emphasize that the engineering of famine is one aspect of the chapters of the genocide, which also include the systematic destruction of the health sector and other sectors, mass murder and the policy of extermination of generations,” the ministry wrote in a statement on the telegram.

Since May 27, Israel has applied a unilateral aid delivery mechanism through the so-called GHF, supported by Israel and the United States.

The configuration was rejected by the UN and the main rescue groups as illegitimate and not having adhered to humanitarian principles such as independence and neutrality.

According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, more than 2,076 Palestinians were killed and more than 15,300 people injured by asking for help since the GHF program launched.

Israel has killed more than 62,600 Palestinians in Gaza since the October 2023 attack led by Hamas against southern Israel.
