At least 30 Palestinians were killed when Israeli forces opened fire on the Palestinians while waiting for aid near a distribution center in Rafah, managed by the controversial Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. The attack comes in the midst of disputes on the text of a cease-fire proposal supported by the United States.
