The Israeli military says Israeli soldiers “violated orders” by tying an injured Palestinian to the hood of their vehicle, apparently using him as a human shield. Tel Aviv Tribune’s Nour Odeh reports the scene in Jenin, where several other Palestinians were also injured during the Israeli raid in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
