Since Israel has broken the ceasefire, he declared most of Gaza as areas without Go, forcing expulsions in the midst of attacks and blocking all humanitarian aid.
Israel has limited Palestinians’ access to 70% Gaza, either by declaring large areas such as employment areas or by issuing forced travel orders, according to the United Nations Office for Humanitarian Affairs Coordination (OCHA).
In southern Gaza, a large part of the governorate of Rafah has been declared from non-GO zone, placed under orders of forced displacement by the Israeli army since the end of March. In the North, almost the whole city of Gaza is under similar orders, with only small pockets in the northwest still exempt. Whole areas east of the Shujayea district and along the Israeli border have been declared a limited area.

On Monday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that more than two million people in Gaza “will be moved” in a new land offensive that will involve Israeli troops who take care of the territory seized, establishing a “sustained presence” in Gaza.
This follows the unanimous approval of the Netanyahu cabinet to call 60,000 reservists and place the Israeli army to control the delivery of food and other essential supplies to the hungry population of Gaza.
Israel favors territorial control
Reporting Deir El-Balah, in the center of Gaza, the Tel Aviv Tribune correspondent, Tareq Abu Azzoum, said that the Palestinians consider the Israeli soil offensive in Gaza and the reappearance of a large part of his territorial landscape as a form of collective punishment and an attempt to modify the demographic card and policy of Gaza.
Many Palestinians understand that Israel favors the territorial control of any political solution, and many have shared their fear and panic concerning the possibility of not being able to return home.
They also believe that Israel is not only trying to dismantle Hamas’ military capabilities, as the Israeli military spokesman said and Netanyahu, but they are also trying to empty Gaza from its residents and stifle civilians.
Israel will do so using humanitarian language alongside military tactics, including an extended ground offensive and tightening its grip on the Gaza aid flow.
But there was a general and clear feeling of challenge among many Palestinians. Social media is filled with messages of resilience and people saying that they will not leave Gaza, whatever the cost.
Gaza faced with the “extreme risk of famine”
Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) claims that Gaza is faced with an “extreme risk of famine” without remaining food in the markets and aid distribution centers.
The Israeli Human Rights group B’tselem accused Israel of “using famine as a method of war” in Gaza. Half people hungry by Israel are children, said the eminent group of rights.
“(On) The nutritional front, the population is faced again with an extreme risk of famine,” said the PRCS in his last update of the situation.
“There is an inability to meet even the minimum daily needs of more than a million displaced people,” he said.
The food actions of the PRCS allocated to displaced people are now “completely exhausted”, “limited quantities of legumes” “distributed to community kitchens to cover some of the basic needs of displaced individuals”.
Since Israel has broken the ceasefire almost two months with Hamas on March 18, its soldiers killed at least 2,459 Palestinians in Gaza, bearing the total number of confirmed in the besieged band at 52,567.
