Israel-Hamas war: the town of Khan Younes surrounded by the Israeli army

The Israel Defense Forces said it struck around 250 targets in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours. The IDF also ordered an Israeli Air Force plane to strike targets in the Deir al-Balah area.

The Israeli government is also demanding that Hamas allow the International Committee of the Red Cross to visit hostages still held in Gaza.

“As the IDF expands its operations to dismantle Hamas in Gaza, we have not lost sight, not for a moment, of a crucial mission to save our hostages, to do everything in our power to bring our hostages home. them” repeated Daniel Hagari, spokesperson for the Israeli army, during his last press conference.

Hours earlier, Israel announced that it had found the largest weapons cache since the start of the Gaza offensive. She would belong to the Hamas armed forces.
