Medical sources told Tel Aviv Tribune that 34 Palestinians were martyred in Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip since dawn on Thursday, while the government media office in Gaza revealed that the occupation executed 11 children in the middle of the Strip.
Medical sources confirmed that among the martyrs registered since dawn today, 27 were martyred in the central and southern Gaza Strip.
For his part, the director of the government media office in Gaza, Ismail Al-Thawabta, said that the Israeli occupation aircraft are committing massacres hour after hour across the entire Strip. He explained that the occupation is intensifying the bombing of shelter and displacement centers and focusing on Jabalia and its surroundings.
Al-Thawabta spoke about the Israeli occupation executing 11 children by bombing the headquarters of the Al-Maghazi Services Club in the central Gaza Strip.
In the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, sources told Tel Aviv Tribune that at least 17 people – most of them children – were martyred in an Israeli bombing that targeted the “Nuseirat Martyrs School,” which houses displaced people.
The Government Information Office said, “The occupation army knew that the Nuseirat Martyrs School included thousands of displaced people, and that the majority of them were children and women who were displaced from their homes and bombed their civilian residential neighborhoods.”
The office confirmed that the massacre committed by the occupation in Nuseirat brings the number of displacement centers bombed to 196, including hundreds of thousands of displaced persons displaced by the genocidal war against the Palestinians.
He explained, “This crime comes in conjunction with the Israeli occupation’s plan to overthrow the health system in the Gaza Strip, destroy hospitals, put them out of service, and prevent the entry of treatments, medicines, and medical supplies, which confirms the existence of a plan to liquidate more than 2.4 million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.”
In the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip, an Tel Aviv Tribune correspondent reported that artillery shelling targeted Al Awda Hospital in the Tal Al Zaatar area, while the occupation forces targeted the tents of the displaced in the Abu Hussein School in the camp.
For its part, the Civil Defense in Gaza confirmed that it had received hundreds of appeals since yesterday, Wednesday, from families who refused to flee from the town of Beit Lahia and the camp and town of Jabalia, stating that there were wounded and martyrs in some homes and roads.
Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said earlier that Baptist Hospital received the body of a martyr and a number of wounded following an Israeli raid that targeted a gathering of civilians in the vicinity of Al-Khalidi Mosque, northwest of Gaza City. He explained – quoting doctors at the hospital – that the condition of some of the injured was serious.
The correspondent reported that 3 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli bombing that targeted a house in the Ma’an area, east of the city of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip. He also reported that the occupation forces blew up residential buildings in the Saudi neighborhood, west of Rafah.
Resistance battles
In developments in the battles, the Al-Qassam Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) – announced that its fighters had targeted a “D-9” military bulldozer with a “Shawaz” device near Al-Fakhoura School in Jabalia Camp.
The Al-Quds Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement – broadcast scenes of its fighters targeting a gathering of vehicles, and a Zionist soldier being sniped by, during fierce battles with Israeli army forces on the front lines of the northern Gaza Strip.
For its part, the Israeli army said that the forces of the “162nd” Division continue to operate in the Jabalia area, and that they killed dozens of Palestinians and arrested more than 200 of those whom it described as saboteurs. In central and southern Gaza, the army announced that its forces carried out several raids and destroyed infrastructure belonging to the Hamas movement, and eliminated a number of the movement’s militants.
With American support, the ongoing Israeli genocidal war in Gaza, since October 7, 2023, has left more than 143,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe.
