Israeli forces are carrying out the largest military operation in Palestinian territory in decades.
On Wednesday, Israeli forces launched a large-scale military operation in the occupied West Bank.
For several days, they have been carrying out drone attacks and hundreds of soldiers have been storming towns and refugee camps.
Israel says it is targeting fighters, but Palestinians say Israeli forces are attacking civilian homes and infrastructure.
The escalation has raised fears that the war in Gaza could spread to other parts of the Palestinian territory.
So will the assault open a new military front for Israel?
And what effect will this have on the ceasefire negotiations in Gaza?
