International Justice is considering a request to take emergency precautionary measures to stop the Gaza war News


The South African delegation at the International Court of Justice in The Hague tried to draw the world’s attention to the fact that there is a people being exterminated in Palestine and the need to stop this.

This came during the International Court’s consideration of South Africa’s request to take emergency precautionary measures to stop the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, while the head of the African country’s delegation to the Court said that there is abundant and clear evidence of Israel’s intention to commit genocide in Gaza.
