The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor issued statistics on the victims of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip for 331 days.
Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor statistics showed that 49,032 Palestinians were martyred, more than half of whom were women and children, and 94,100 were injured as a result of the aggression.
The statistics, which cover the period between October 7, 2023 and August 31, 2024, showed that at least 3,600 Palestinians were arrested or forcibly disappeared from Gaza during the war.
She pointed out that 10% of the Strip’s population of 2.2 million were either killed, wounded, missing or arrested.
Regarding the humanitarian situation, the statistics indicated that 90% of the population of the Gaza Strip were forcibly displaced as a result of the Israeli bombing and displacement orders.
She also confirmed that 97% of the population of the Strip is facing high levels of acute food insecurity, and that about 100 Palestinians, including 42 children, have died due to severe malnutrition.
