Satellite and thermal satellite images showed the escalation of Israeli air strikes on the city of Beit Hanoun, in the northern Gaza Strip, since the compound ambush carried out by the Palestinian resistance against an Israeli force on July 6, killing 5 Israeli soldiers and wounding about 15 others.
The photos taken between 8 and 10 July showed that smoke escalated from several areas inside the city, in addition to the presence of traces of fires extending on large areas at several points, as well as the effects of the bombing that destroyed many houses.
Satellite images of the thermal satellite from the American Air and Space Agency (NASA) also shown the Israeli bombing on the city after a week of the ambush, as it revealed that there are 6 thermal foci that represent the effects of the bombing and explosions.
The photos identified two thermal outposts on July 12, as a result of the air strikes that the Israeli occupation army announced its implementation, which numbered 40 air strikes on Beit Hanoun.
The Israeli occupation army said that it would expand its land operation inside the city of Beit Hanoun, and pushed military mechanisms at the entrance to the city and in the northeastern areas of it.

Israeli media released photos yesterday, Saturday, showing the implementation of the Israeli army extensive air strikes on the city.
The city of Beit Hanoun is one of the first cities that were exposed to the displacement of its residents and the destruction of the majority of its residential neighborhoods as a result of the continuous Israeli bombing and operations, which lasted for more than 650 days of the Israeli war.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has committed American support for genocide in Gaza, including killing, starvation, destruction and forced displacement, ignoring all international calls and orders to the International Court of Justice to stop it.
The extermination left more than 196,000 Palestinians between a martyr and a wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced people and the famine that has been tired of many children, including children.
