Polish farmers resume their protest movement. They oppose Ukrainian imports, exempt from customs duties since the start of the Russian invasion, and the European Green Deal, which they consider too restrictive. For the second time this year and until at least Wednesday, they are blocking the German border.

Protesters say importing Ukrainian grain into the European Union has driven down their prices.

In Świecko, near the German city of Frankfurt (Oder), the mobilization forced the German authorities to divert traffic. Nearly 18,000 trucks cross the border every day.
