The Lebanese Hezbollah announced that it targeted a military intelligence building in the “Miskav Am Colony” with missiles and destroyed it, and that those inside it were killed and wounded.

The party said that it bombed the headquarters of the Sahel Battalion in the Beit Hillel barracks with a “Falaq 2” rocket launcher, which is the first time this type of missile has been used.

In turn, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported that fires broke out in the Al-Malikiyah area in northern Israel following the launch of rockets from southern Lebanon.

Israeli media also reported that a number of rockets were observed landing in agricultural areas north of Haemek and in the Mishgav area, and that fires were burning in the area.

The Israeli Kan channel reported that fires broke out in the Misgav Am settlement in the Galilee finger following the launching of two anti-tank missiles from Lebanon, and emergency teams are facing difficulty in dealing with the event.

In a related context, Hezbollah announced the killing of two of its members in border clashes with the Israeli army, without adding any further details, thus raising the death toll since last October 8 to 332 dead.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that there were two raids by Israeli drones on the town of Hula and the outskirts of Majdal Zoun in southern Lebanon.

For its part, the Lebanese News Agency said that Israeli aircraft raided the towns of Markaba, Al-Dahaira, Yarin, and Al-Khiyam in southern Lebanon.

The agency reported that Israeli warplanes launched a raid on the outskirts of the town of Aitaroun in the south of the country, killing two people.

For its part, the Israeli army said in a statement that its soldiers spotted a Hezbollah member in the Aitaroun area, and shortly afterwards an Israeli plane attacked him.

A report by the Lebanese Agency stated that Israeli forces fired two guided missiles targeting a café at a gas station, causing severe damage to the store, the station, and the surrounding area.

Since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip last October, the border area has witnessed mutual bombardment between Hezbollah and Israel, which has escalated in the past few days, increasing fears of the outbreak of a broader confrontation between the two sides.

The fighting – which is the fiercest between Hezbollah and Israel since they went to war in 2006 – forced tens of thousands of people to flee their homes on both sides of the border.
