Hamas: The fire that Israel ignites will burn it news

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) said that what it described as the fire that Israel is igniting in the region will burn it, stressing that “the crimes of the occupation will not succeed in subjugating our people and resisting them.”

Hamas stressed in a statement that “the fire that the occupation government seeks to ignite in the region will only burn the usurping, occupying entity.”

The statement added, “The occupation crimes in the Gaza Strip and targeting civilians in shelter centers are means that will not succeed in subjugating our people and our resistance.”

The Hamas statement continued, “The ongoing Zionist massacres, with the complicity and support of the American administration, will not weaken the resolve and steadfastness of our people or subdue their resistance.”

Earlier today, Wednesday, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said that the occupation forces committed 5 massacres in the Strip, resulting in dozens of martyrs and 165 injured within 24 hours, adding that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression against the besieged Strip rose to 41,689 martyrs and 96,625 injured. Since October 7, 2023.

Israeli planes bombed the Muscat School, which shelters displaced people in the Zarqa area in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City, and the Al-Amal Institute for Orphans, which shelters displaced people, west of Gaza City.

Since last September 23, Israel has launched the most violent and widespread attack on Lebanon since the confrontations with Hezbollah began about a year ago, resulting, as of Wednesday morning, at least 1,073 dead – including children and women – 2,955 wounded, and more than a million displaced.

On the other hand, sirens continue to sound at an unprecedented rate across Israel following heavy Hezbollah firing of missiles, drones and artillery shells targeting military sites and settlements, amid a strict blackout from Israeli military oversight of human and material losses, according to observers.

In response to the Israeli assassination of the head of the Hamas political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, and the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, and its massacres in Gaza and Lebanon, yesterday, Tuesday, Iran launched dozens of missiles at Israel (180 by Tel Aviv’s estimate), causing human casualties, material damage, and the closure of airspace, while the Millions of Israelis fled to shelters while sirens sounded throughout the country.
