A delegation from the leadership of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) received the Turkish Minister of Intelligence, Ibrahim Kalin, and the Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, separately in the Qatari capital, Doha, where they discussed the war in Gaza and various regional and international developments and their repercussions.

For his part, the Iranian Foreign Minister stressed during the meeting his country’s position towards the Palestinian issue, praising the sacrifices and steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance, and stressed Iran’s continued support for the Palestinian people’s struggle and jihad against the occupation and strengthening their steadfastness in various forums and ways.
He said that the Palestinian people set distinguished examples of steadfastness and generosity during this exceptional war, and provided high examples of resistance that deserved to achieve victory.
