Hamas refuses to marginalize the role of the United Nations in the distribution of aid in Gaza news

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) said that the disruption of the Israeli occupation to enter aid to Gaza after entering very limited quantities of it several days ago comes as a systematic policy for the continuation of the starvation plan to the right of innocent civilians.

The movement was considered in a statement The occupation is trying to use starvation in Gaza as a tool to establish a political and field reality under the cover of misleading relief projects.

The movement affirmed its adherence to the role of the United Nations in distributing aid, noting that it considers an attempt to overcome this role and marginalize it dangerous, as it paves the way for what it described as the suspicious administration of humanitarian action inconsistent with international law.

In its statement, Hamas stressed that the relief of the people of Gaza is a human right that does not accept bargaining, and that the international community must force the occupation to abide by relief mechanisms.

New scheme

Israel and the United States are promoting a new plan to distribute aid in southern Gaza, through a non -profit organization established recently in Switzerland under the name of the “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation”.

Israeli media reports indicate that the founder of this organization is the American presidential envoy of the Middle East Stephen Witkeov.

According to the Israeli Army Radio, the aim of this initiative is to accelerate the evacuation of the Palestinians from north of Gaza to its south, in preparation for the implementation of a displacement plan that is compatible with the vision of US President Donald Trump, a plan that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu -who is required with the International Criminal Court -has repeatedly stated that it has become one of the “goals of the war” on the sector.

The United Nations rejects the Israeli plan and sees that it imposes more displacement, is exposed to thousands of people to harm, and the aid is limited to only one part of Gaza and does not meet other urgent needs, and makes aid associated with political and military goals, as well as starvation is a bargaining paper.

A international refusal and a local

Yesterday, Saturday, the UN Commissioner of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) Philip Lazarini ruled out the success of the new humanitarian aid plan in the Gaza Strip, while civil society organizations in Gaza confirmed that no one is ready to deal with the new mechanism.

Lazarini said he did not believe that the new humanitarian aid plan in Gaza, which was proposed by Israel and supported by Washington, would succeed.

“It seems that the new humanitarian aid plan in Gaza has been set for a more human military goal,” Lazarini added.

In Gaza, civil and private society organizations in the Strip said that there is no local Palestinian and international organization ready to deal with the new security aid mechanism, which devotes the concept of food in exchange for security guardianship.

The organizations questioned the role of the American Foundation and those behind it, and called for stopping to play a suspicious role that falls in the context of the service of the displacement plan for the Palestinian people, ethnic cleansing and genocide.

Israel has launched a mass extermination war on the Gaza Strip since October 20, 2023, with American support, which has so far resulted in the death and injury of more than 176,000 Palestinians, most of them women and children, along with more than 11 thousand missing, and hundreds of thousands of displaced people.
