The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) confirmed that the statements of the former Minister of Defense Avigdor Lieberman to provide Tel Aviv “criminal militias” in the Gaza Strip exposes the direct involvement of the occupation in spreading chaos and looting aid, and strengthening what the facts revealed on the ground during the past months.
Hamas said that the occupation army was not satisfied with killing and destroying, but rather manages starvation and theft through local agents, considering that these gangs are “cheap tools in the hands of the enemy and a real enemy for our people”, promising to pursue and hold them accountable.
The movement explained that there is an open coordination between the occupation army and those cooperating gangs with it, in looting of aid and fabricating humanitarian crises that exacerbate the suffering of the sold and besieged Palestinian people.
Hamas added that these gangs, which were involved in betrayal and looting, are moving under direct Israeli security supervision, calling on the masses of the Palestinian people to beware of them, raising the societal cover from them, and cooperating with the security authorities and the popular committees to protect society and its capabilities from the internal arms of the occupation.
In recent months, Israeli and international media reports have talked about the emergence of “armed criminal groups” in Gaza that protect the Israeli occupation army.
Former Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman revealed today, Thursday, that Tel Aviv had provided “criminal militias” in the Gaza Strip with weapons.
Lieberman, the leader of the right -wing “Israel Our Home” party, told the Israeli Broadcasting Authority that Israel had transferred offensive guns and light weapons to criminal militias in Gaza.
He added that this step was made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The Washington Post also reported, quoting multiple sources, the presence of organized gangs that loot aid in Gaza and move freely in areas under the control of the Israeli occupation army.
Since May 22, the occupation has allowed only a limited number of trucks loaded with aid, at a time when Gaza needs at least 500 trucks per day of relief, medical and food supplies, in addition to at least 50 trucks as a minimum to save life, according to the media office.
Away from the supervision of the United Nations, Israel began on May 27 to implement a plan to distribute “humanitarian aid” through the American -backed “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation”, with the aim of displacing Palestinians from the north of the Strip to its south.
The outcome of the Palestinian victims targeted by the occupation army increased near the distribution centers of the so -called “aid” in the south to 102 martyrs and 490 injured within 8 days.
Since October 7, 2023, Israel has committed genocide in Gaza, which includes killing, starvation, destruction and forced displacement, ignoring all international calls and orders to the International Court of Justice to stop it.
The genocide, with American support, left about 180,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced people and the famine that have been tired of many children, including children.
For 18 years, Israel has besieged Gaza, and about 1.5 million Palestinians out of about 2.4 million in the Strip, are homeless after the extermination war destroyed their homes.
