The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) said on Sunday that the Israeli army’s claims regarding the use of a headquarters belonging to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) for military purposes are a blatant lie.
The movement said, in a statement, that the occupation’s targeting of the UNRWA headquarters in Gaza City on Sunday is a complex crime carried out by the occupation government against the Palestinian people, and against the international community, the United Nations and its institutions.
The movement added that the occupation army’s claim that the center is being used for military purposes is a blatant lie, concealing the true intentions of Benjamin Netanyahu’s government towards UNRWA.
