The Israeli newspaper Haaretz has published an article that refuses allegations that question the accuracy of the numbers of Palestinian victims as a result of the war on the Gaza Strip, stressing that the death lists published by the Ministry of Health in the sector can be easily verified by any independent party.
The newspaper said that the Palestinian ministry’s data is highly transparent and accurate, and that its documentation mechanisms approved are subject to strict criteria in recording deaths, which gives credibility to reports that indicate that the number of dead may be higher than the numbers announced so far.
She explained that the Israeli government itself has sufficient tools that enable it to review the data provided by the Ministry of Health in Gaza, and it can even confirm its health if it wants, noting that the accusations that question the figures issued by Gaza are not based on an objective basis.
British collusion
As for the British Guardian newspaper, it published a statement by Natalie Roberts, Executive Director of MSF in the United Kingdom, in which the British government was accused of collusion in killing more Palestinians, including employees of the organization.
In her speech, Roberts reported that one of the workers in “Doctors Without Borders” was killed while standing near a center for the distribution of humanitarian aid in order to obtain a careful bag, adding that the Israeli -American plans are luring the needy to be killed by Israeli soldiers.
In another context, the Washington Post published a report reported that Israel launched air strikes targeting Syrian forces who were trying to calm sectarian tensions in the Suwayda governorate, and seeks to re -impose the regime in the troubled area.
According to the report, Israel is seeking to show itself with the appearance of the garrison of the Druze community in Syria, taking advantage of the state of doubt that prevailed among some minorities after the collapse of the regime of Bashar al -Assad regarding the country’s future in light of the new balances.
The desire for revenge
For its part, the Israel newspaper Hume dealt with the developments of the escalating confrontation between Israel and Iran, considering that the conflict entered a sensitive and complex stage in light of Tel Aviv’s adherence to preventing Tehran from having a nuclear weapon or strengthening its missile arsenal.
The newspaper said that Iran has become more skeptical and vigilant after the months of the war, and wants to take revenge on Israel, which raises the level of risk about the possibility of a sudden escalation or miscalculation that may lead to an unexpected missile attack on the Israeli depth.
As for the American Wall Street Journal, it dealt with what it described as the first direct step taken by US President Donald Trump against Russia since he took office, noting that his announcement of supporting a weapons deal for Ukraine is a shift in US policy.
The newspaper pointed out that the former US administration was providing support to Ukraine without conditions, while Trump is seeking to enhance pressure on Russian President Vladimir Putin, in an attempt to push him to make concessions that may lead to a peace agreement in the future.
It is noteworthy that Trump is keen in his speeches to confirm that he inherited the Russian -Ukrainian war, but he gradually changing the support equation of Kiev, allowing Washington to influence more on the course of war and searching for political solutions to it.
