Their target was the Swedish parliament in Stockholm.
In Germany, two men suspected of planning a terrorist attack have been arrested.
According to the Federal Court of Justice, they are supporters of the “Islamic State” organization, of Afghan origin.
They targeted the Swedish parliament in Stockholm in retaliation for copies of the Koran being burned in the country – the last case dates back to last summer.
One of the two suspects would have been directly mandated by the terrorist organization to carry out an attack.
These men must now appear before the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe.
