An American pediatrician who volunteered in the Gaza Strip declared that the injuries inflicted on Palestinian aid seekers on sites led by the Gaza Humaninian Foundation (GHF) suggest that Israeli forces deliberately fired men and boys, targeting specific body parts in specific days.
Ahmed Yousaf made the comments in Tel Aviv Tribune of the Jordanian capital, Amman on Tuesday, a few hours after his return from Gaza, where he spent two and a half weeks working at the Al-Aqsa hospital in the center of Deir El-Balah and the Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.

At least 1,838 Palestinians were killed when they asked for help, and 13,409 others have been injured since the GHF began operations at the end of May, according to official figures.
Israel has in some cases recognized the opening fire on the GHF sites, but deliberately denies targeting civilians.
