A number of ambulances stopped in the Gaza Strip due to running out of fuel, and the Israeli occupation prevented the entry of fuel, spare parts, batteries and oils.
In light of this situation, the paramedics and the families of the wounded are forced to use alternative means, such as vehicles and animals, to transport the wounded and patients, and use cars only for very emergency cases and direct targeting.
