Italy

After Poland, Romania, Germany and France in particular, it is the turn of Italian farmers to make their anger heard.

Their demands, similar to those of their European neighbors, mainly concern European ecological standards, but also the high cost of diesel.

Dozens of farmers have announced that they will go by tractor to Rome where they hope to make themselves heard by the government of Giorgia Meloni.

Bulgaria

Equally mobilized, Bulgarian farmers have been blocking the country’s roads for several days to denounce imports from Ukraine, which they consider to be unfair competition.

Negotiations with the government are due to resume at the end of the week. And the Prime Minister promised to speak with Brussels.

Spain

In Spain, several roads are blocked in different regions of the country. Convoys have also set off towards Barcelona, where the demonstrations are concentrated.

Farmers are protesting against European agricultural policy, but also the precariousness of their sector.
