Israeli Channel 12 reported that a delegation of 6 families of prisoners held by the resistance in the Gaza Strip arrived in the Qatari capital, Doha, on Friday.
The families of the prisoners are scheduled to meet with the US Ambassador to Qatar, Timmy T. Davis.
The families of the prisoners will also seek to meet with the Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, to discuss the issue of those kidnapped by the resistance and ways to advance their release.
The families of the prisoners have been demonstrating for more than two months in several Israeli cities, demanding that the Israeli government work to release their families. The message began with the phrase, “To the families of the captured soldiers, beware,” accompanied by scenes from her demonstrations demanding the release of their relatives.
