A series of explosions involving several buses took place this Thursday in the city of Bat Yam, south of Tel Aviv. According to local media, the buses were empty and stopped when the explosions took place.
Important units have been dispatched to the scene to investigate the incident and seek clues and suspects.
The authorities say they are aware ofAt least five explosive devices that exploded or have been neutralized, and were all equipped with a timer.
According to the mayor of Bat Yam, Tzvika Brot, it is a “miracle” that no one was injured. The buses had ended their day and were parked in a parking lot.
