The military and strategic expert, Brigadier Elias Hanna, believes that the major transformations in the region impose several scenarios, regarding the American and Israeli way of dealing with Iran, who are accused of seeking to obtain the nuclear bomb.
The first scenario is based on Israel to attack Iran alone, while the second will be based on Israel to start the attack with American support from behind, that is, the implementation of Israel and support is an American, in terms of supplying ammunition and protecting Israel from the Iranian response, and the third scenario is that Washington and Tel Aviv participate in the process, which is excluded, as Brigadier Hanna says.
He explained that Israel is unable to hit Iran alone for several reasons, because it does not have sufficient capabilities, and because it does not know how the Iranian response will be, and how it will guarantee – that is, Israel – its internal security if Iran launches 1,000 missiles towards it.
Brigadier Hanna – in an analysis of the Iranian scene – underestimated the importance of American measures related to the evacuation of American embassies in some countries, and said that the indicators do not suggest that the war is happening tomorrow, there is no American aircraft move as it happened during the strikes launched on the Ansar Allah group (the Houthis).
He also explained that hitting nuclear reactors or enrichment centers requires continuous flying for Israeli air over Iranian territory, and considered that it would be dangerous if it happened.
Entrance to depth
Brigadier Hanna indicated that the Israeli aviation did not enter Iranian airspace when it made a series of air strikes on Iran in October 2024, and “if today he wants to strike nuclear reactors, it needs to enter the depth of Iranian lands, especially since Tehran distributed nuclear sites.”
The Associated Press had quoted US officials as saying that the US State Department is preparing to issue an order to leave all non -basic workers from the American embassy and members of their families in Baghdad, Bahrain and Kuwait.
On the other hand, the military and strategic expert said that Washington and Tel Aviv are agreed to prevent Iran from owning nuclear weapons and from enriching outside its territory.
It is noteworthy that the Council of the International Atomic Energy Agency Governors issued a decision today accusing Iran of not complying with its obligations to nuclear guarantees, while Tehran condemned the decision and responded to the operation of a new uranium enrichment center.
The Iranian Atomic Energy Authority and the Iranian Atomic Energy Authority described the decision of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency as “political and reveals its nature”, and pointed out that “the policy of cooperation with the agency led to adverse results due to political dealings.”
