Tel Aviv Tribune obtained exclusive photos documenting the last hours at Kamal Adwan Hospital, in the Beit Lahia project in the northern Gaza Strip, before the Israeli occupation forces stormed it, last Friday, and took it completely out of service after setting it on fire.
The pictures reveal some of the tragic conditions that the hospital went through, as they showed the destruction that befell its departments, and the suffering of medical teams in recovering the martyrs and treating the injured, in light of the siege imposed by the occupation forces, which prevented ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching the area.
The pictures also document the first moments of fire igniting inside the hospital after it was stormed by the occupation forces, as the flames spread to its various departments, before reaching the houses adjacent to it, causing the evacuation of residents living next to it amid an atmosphere of panic and fear.
Among these pictures, there are scenes of a number of Palestinians leaving the hospital waving white flags and carrying wounded and wounded from the hospital, including women and children. The scenes also showed tragic footage of wounded children and women being transferred between hospital departments amid a state of chaos and destruction.
On Friday, the Israeli army stormed Kamal Adwan Hospital, before setting it on fire and putting it completely out of service.
