European elections: what voters want and what candidates promise


As the June vote approaches, Euronews asks voters to name one proposal they would make if elected to the European Parliament, and questions candidates on what they pledge to do if elected or re-elected.

In this Euronews episode, interviews a citizen and a candidate. At 16, Noah will vote for the first time in the European elections. If elected, this young German would “campaign for the protection of nature reserves in Romania. Currently, large furniture companies buy these areas and clear them to manufacture furniture.”
