The Mannschaft won their second match 2-0 against Hungary in Stuttgart. Jostled by a solid Hungarian team, Germany finally managed to get through it thanks to its team.

The young prodigy Jamal Musiala added a goal to his tally, his second in two games. The captain Ilkay Gundongan completed his team’s victory in the second half.

In the other Group A match, Scotland got their first point against Switzerland. But she squandered her early lead by making a huge defensive error that gifted a goal to Xherda Shaqiri on a silver platter.

The Swiss will compete for first place in Group A against the Germans this Sunday evening.
