EU aid chief visits UNRWA camp in Ramallah as funding restored | Israel’s war against Gaza

The EU humanitarian commissioner says he has seen first-hand the importance of UNRWA’s work in the Palestinian territories and is pleased to see the bloc restore funds for the humanitarian agency. Several countries have withdrawn funding from UNRWA following Israel’s accusations that employees were involved in the October 7 Hamas attack.
