The President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron presented his wishes on Tuesday afternoon to nearly a thousand athletes and leaders of the sporting world from the Joseph-Maigrot hall of Insep.
A symbolic visit to the most prestigious sports institute in France. Emmanuel Macron presented his wishes to the world of sport at INSEP, near the Bois de Vincennes.
The French President was also able to attend a training session of the women’s Olympic judo team, to whom he declared that he believed that the objective of France ranking among the top five nations in the medal rankings at the Olympic Games was “more attainable than ever”.
According to Emmanuel Macron, nearly 800 French athletes will participate in the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games which will be held from July 26 to August 11 and from August 28 to September 8.
