Economic crisis in Israel and huge losses in Gaza policy

Israeli reports have warned that Israel is on the verge of a deep economic crisis due to the significant increase in military spending against the backdrop of the war on Gaza, stressing that this crisis will inevitably lead to significant inflation and a deepening of the level of deficit in the general budget.

According to other reports, Israeli companies are facing major repercussions from the beginning of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation until at least the end of the year, amid expectations that 60,000 companies will go bankrupt during the current year.

On the other hand, the Israeli genocide campaign caused unprecedented losses in the Gaza Strip, exceeding $33 billion since the beginning of the war, which placed the besieged sector facing a deep and complex humanitarian crisis that affected all aspects of life.

This was confirmed in a statement by the Government Information Office, saying that “Israel’s policies of closing the crossings and preventing the entry of aid, medicines, goods and goods have exacerbated the food crisis and strengthened the policy of starvation and malnutrition, especially against thousands of children.”
