The Israeli occupation army continued its bombing of sites in Gaza, and the raids resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries, while the Israeli army announced the death of a soldier from his wounds.
The occupation raids targeted homes and residential neighborhoods in Gaza City, Khan Yunis and Beit Hanoun, and the Tel Aviv Tribune correspondent confirmed that the number of martyrs in an Israeli bombing of a residential apartment near Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City had risen to 12.
He explained that 8 Palestinians were martyred as a result of an Israeli bombing last evening of a house in the Khan Yunis refugee camp in the southern Gaza Strip.
The correspondent said that an intense bombardment by occupation gunboats targeted the coast of Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip, and confirmed that there were casualties in an Israeli bombing of Al-Nour Mosque in the Al-Sabra neighborhood in Gaza City.
In light of the continuing interruption of communications and Internet services in the Gaza Strip for the eighth day in a row, Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent monitored clashes and Israeli artillery shelling in the center and west of the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.
Israeli losses
On the other hand, the Israeli army announced that a soldier from the Givati Brigade was killed as a result of wounds he sustained two days ago, and three others were seriously injured in battles in the southern Gaza Strip.
Thus, the number of Israeli soldiers and officers killed since Operation Flood and Al-Aqsa and the subsequent Israeli war on Gaza has risen to 530, including 201 since the beginning of the ground war on the twenty-sixth of last October.
The Israeli army announced the transfer of 28 soldiers and officers injured in battles in Gaza to hospitals inside Israel during the past 24 hours.
For its part, the Al-Qassam Brigades announced the bombing of the Kissufim military site in the Gaza Strip with a batch of rockets. As a result, sirens sounded in several towns around the Gaza Strip.
Earlier on Thursday, the Al-Qassam Brigades broadcast pictures that it said were of its fighters clashing with enemy soldiers and vehicles in the Al-Tuffah and Al-Daraj neighborhoods in Gaza City.
The Al-Qassam Brigades also broadcast scenes that they said were targeting an Israeli force holed up inside a building in Jabalia al-Balad in the northern Gaza Strip, leaving its members dead and wounded.
