Chinese official sources reported today, Friday, the death of 10 people and the loss of 33 others as a result of floods in Gansu Province in the northwest of the country, while Chinese President Xi Jinping ordered that “comprehensive” rescue efforts.
The official Chinese Broadcasting and Television Corporation reported that heavy rains began at 6:00 pm Thursday, which caused sudden floods in Yuchung, Gansu Province, killing 10 people while 33 missing, and the ways were cut by about 4 thousand people.

Since last April, China has announced the allocation of at least 6 billion yuan (about $ 835 million) to finance disaster relief operations since last April.
