Displacement from America arrive in South Sudan news

Migrants deported the United States arrived in Juba, the capital of South Sudan, on Saturday, according to airport officials.

Reuters quoted sources at Juba Airport as saying that the migrants detained by the United States with a Djiboutian military base arrived in southern Sudan.

Earlier, a source in the government of South Sudan said that US officials were at the airport awaiting the arrival of migrants.

This comes after 8 migrants failed in their recent attempt to stop their deportation by the administration of US President Donald Trump.

It is noteworthy that the US Supreme Court has again sided with the Trump administration in a judicial battle over the deportation of migrants to other countries other than their countries.

The court lifted the restrictions imposed by a judge to protect 8 men, the government sought to send them to the unstable politics.

The decision described the decision, Tricia McLavlin, Assistant Minister of Internal Security, as “a victory for the rule of law and the safety and security of the American people.”

Last March, the US administration issued directives stating that if a third country provides reliable diplomatic guarantees that it will not be persecuted or tortured immigrants, individuals can be deported there from “without the need for more measures.”

The Ministry of Justice said – in a statement – that the United States has received reliable diplomatic guarantees from South Sudan that the concerned immigrants will not be tortured.
