The worn-out tents in the city of Khan Yunis embody a tragedy for the displaced. Children are freezing from the cold, and others are leaving silently as a result of hunger and disease, while the sounds of bombing surround them.
As the war continues, there are no walls to stand in the way of the strong winds that threaten the tents, and no roof to protect against the rain that seeps in, drowning the worn covers. Tel Aviv Tribune correspondent Rami Abu Taima monitors the reality of displaced Palestinian families in Khan Yunis.
