The Israeli occupation army is suffering from the consequences of its aggression against the Gaza Strip, especially in terms of the serious injuries suffered by its soldiers, including disabilities and amputations, as well as deformities and burns in various parts of the body. These injuries cost their authorities a heavy cost.
While the officially announced numbers do not show the real number of those injured, the Israeli “Wala” website revealed earlier that about 4,000 soldiers have been recognized as having disabilities since the start of the war on the Gaza Strip, and it is likely that the number will rise to 30,000 injured.
Official Israeli army figures indicate that the total number of wounded since the start of the war on the Gaza Strip is 2,602, including 1,524 light injuries, 682 moderate injuries, and 396 critical injuries.
During a visit by Israeli singer Kobi Peretz to Tel Hashomer Hospital in central Israel, large numbers of soldiers with amputated lower or upper limbs appeared, some in wheelchairs, and others lying on beds as a result of the amputation of more than one limb, in addition to deformities, wounds, and burns in various parts. From their bodies.
Idan Kaliman, head of the Association for the Disabled in the Israeli Army, said, “I have been in the regime for 30 years. I have never encountered such a number of wounded, and their conditions are very serious.”

In his tweet, Qabtan linked the injuries of occupation soldiers to the Palestinian resistance force in Gaza, writing, “This happens when the opponent is stubborn and a fierce fighter.”
Amal said, “The Zionist soldiers have become afflicted with a physical disability alongside their cardiac disability, which is the terror and fear of the resistance soldiers.”
Karim tweeted, “Why does the terrifying sniper of the Al-Qassam Brigades (the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas)) deliberately amputate soldiers’ legs sometimes even though he has the ability to kill them? His method of sniping has become a terrifying nightmare for Israeli army soldiers.”
Muhammad Sharadaqa wondered, “How can they continue the war and genocide unless they convince the world that there is a force that is harming them?”
As for Annan, he said that the return of occupation soldiers with disabilities is better than their return dead, “because it brings them heavy, unimaginable costs, as these soldiers have become a burden on society and the entity.”
According to the Walla website report, disabilities among soldiers were classified as 3, i.e. third degree, which means that they are entitled to all the treatments and rights enjoyed by a disabled person in the Israeli army, without being officially recognized as such.
