Today, Monday, the Israeli occupation forces demolished a Palestinian house in the town of Hizma, north of occupied Jerusalem, without prior warning, without taking into account the family’s special circumstances, and without presenting a demolition order.

The house belongs to the Jerusalemite, Moatamen Al-Khatib, who suffered from difficult health conditions due to the effects of a previous arrest, while his only son suffers from a disability, and his four daughters attend university.

The owner of the house told Tel Aviv Tribune Net that the occupation soldiers stormed the house by force and began the demolition process under the pretext that the building was “illegal,” referring to the fact that it was not licensed by the occupation authorities.

His brother, Jawad Al-Khatib, said that the demolition process began at around five in the morning using bulldozers, without presenting any legal document justifying the demolition process.

He pointed out that the house consists of two floors, each with an area of about 200 square meters.

As for the housewife, Umm Luay Al-Khatib, she explains how the army stormed her house without a demolition order, noting that houses were built with difficulty, and now it is up to her to manage her family’s affairs, entrusting her matter to God.
